Accounting Education Research is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of accounting, with a particular emphasis on accounting education. The journal publishes high-quality research articles in Persian, accompanied by English abstracts, and welcomes diverse perspectives and methodological approaches—including quantitative, qualitative, mixed-method, evaluation, analytical, and case-based studies. Its mission is to provide a platform for both fundamental and applied research that contributes to the development of accounting theory and practice.
The journal encourages submissions on both general and specialized topics in accounting, with a strong focus on issues related to teaching and learning in the discipline. Manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening and are then evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer review process involving at least two expert reviewers. Final decisions on acceptance are made by the editorial board.
Authors are invited to prepare their manuscripts according to the Author Guidelines and submit them through the journal’s online submission system. All communications with authors and reviewers are managed exclusively via the journal’s platform.
